WorkSafe, TAC, EPC & DVA Services

Bluff Road and North Road Physiotherapy offer treatment for individuals under ‘3rd Party’ programs:

  • Transport Accident Commission (TAC)

  • WorkSafe (WSV)

  • Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA)

  • Chronic Disease Management (CDM/EPC)

For each of these programs, Bluff Road and North Road Physiotherapy require formal approval and/or a referral to progress with funding treatment in this way.

Please Note: TAC and WorkSafe patients at Bluff Road and North Road Physiotherapy are responsible to pay a $30 co-payment at each of their sessions with our Physiotherapists. CDM Patients will also have an out-of-pocket expense.

What is the CDM/EPC Program?

Individuals who are being managed by the GP for chronic illness may be eligible for a Chronic Disease Management (CDM) Plan, sometimes referred to as an 'EPC' plan. Those referred by their GP to Bluff Road and North Road Physiotherapy under a CDM plan are eligible for up to 5 physiotherapy sessions. These sessions are, in part, subsidised by Medicare.

The out of pocket fee will vary based on the level of experience of your Physiotherapist ($29-$49).
