Neck-related shoulder pain

Our expert team of physiotherapists will closely assess your shoulder to determine a diagnosis and develop an understanding of contributing factors. Soft tissue therapy and dry needling may be utilised to decrease pain and promote healing, along with other manual therapy techniques. A specialised exercise plan will be developed to mobilise, stretch, and strengthen specific areas as required. Our physiotherapists will work closely with your GP and orthopaedic surgeons if this is necessary. Most importantly, our physios will allow you to feel in control of your shoulder injury or pain, and with a plan of management that is in line with latest research and clinical effectiveness.
